QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You will have 10+ years of relevant experience. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry role.

  • A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent Industry experience.
  • Project Management certification e.g. Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile (desirable not mandatory).
  • Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program or project level, with knowledge and experience in agile and waterfall end to end project delivery.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Microsoft Cloud for Health Care.
  • Experience with Human Centred Design and working with Service and UX Designers.
  • Confidence and experience in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • An understanding of digital technologies, applications and industry best practices within health and human services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
  • Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors.
  • Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
  • Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
  • An ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
  • Strong Jira, Confluence and/or ADO skills preferred.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Our health and human service is rapidly growing, and we are seeking candidates located in NSW at the Managing Director or Senior Director level with 10+ years of professional experience in Digital Health and Digital Transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference. This could include:

  • Leading the development of digital and technology strategies for Health organisations with a focus on putting the human at the centre of all experiences.
  • Leading the development of business requirements, user stories and solution design by working closely with our clients and delivery teams.
  • Leading the delivery of digital transformation programs for Health organisations.
  • Leading and coaching our teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Building relationships with senior client relationships
  • Leading business development activities which directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.
  • Taking on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
  • Working on client site to execute project and business readiness initiatives. You’ll lead workshops, help the Business through ambiguity, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
