Ensure the operational outcomes (JBAs) required are integrated into infrastructure programmes across the Airport precinct. Domestic Jet Terminal Integration Manager - Dedicated solely to the Domestic Jet Terminal (DJT) programme and partners closely with ecosystem partners (airlines and ground handlers etc), along with internal AKL Operations, DJT Project Teams, Consultants, and other key stakeholders. Ensure the operational outcomes required are integrated into the Domestic Jet Terminal programme. What you will be doing Your key responsibilities are: Operational Integration & Delivery: Representing operational requirements, responding to operational queries, documenting outcomes. Project Leadership: Leading operational interfaces with multiple infrastructure projects. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Building strong relationships, leading or participating in forums, communicating complex information clearly. Programme Support & Coordination: Supporting progress monitoring, identifying risks, preparing reports and updates. Continuous Improvement & Adaptability: Identifying process improvements, adapting to changing priorities, demonstrating resilience. Compliance, Documentation & Governance: Ensuring compliance with policies and standards, maintaining accurate records. Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Role modelling safe work, reporting incidents, maintaining risk awareness. To ensure your success in this role, you will need: Degree qualification in commerce, business or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years' operational experience, ideally having exposure to infrastructure projects and programmes, ideally in the airports, broader aviation, transport or social infrastructure environments Understanding of infrastructure project delivery and operational requirements. Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry partners. Familiarity with documentation, compliance, and assurance processes.
