UGL are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Preservation Coordinator to join our team. Commencing ASAP you will be working an ongoing 2:2 roster. You will need to have demonstrated significant experience working in a similar role, within an Oil & Gas, Brownfield & Greenfield environment. Ideally you will be located in the greater Perth area. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary interface with the Company’s designated Site Preservation representative. Plan, issue, and manage daily preservation activities on-site, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled. Utilize authority, delegated by the Contractors’ Preservation Lead, to handle preservation issues, provide resolutions, and issue stop-work notices when needed to rectify non-conformance or adverse preservation trends. Recruit, train, and direct suitably qualified personnel to implement storage, preservation, and preventative maintenance activities effectively. Maintain adequate coverage of preservation personnel during all working hours and for the entire duration of the project. Ensure the accurate and timely logging of preservation statuses and activities in the Company’s and Contractor’s systems, including the provision of appropriate documentary evidence when required. Oversee and ensure that preservation personnel participate in relevant training for all preservation activities related to the project. Ensure Vendors and sub-Vendors comply with established storage, preservation, and preventative maintenance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and take accountability for all preservation resource activities, ensuring project goals are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. About you Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage preservation resources and activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with Company representatives and manage Vendor relationships. Detailed knowledge of storage, preservation, and preventative maintenance standards and best practices. Ability to identify and resolve preservation issues proactively. Familiarity with logging systems and creating accurate documentation for preservation activities. Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
