Due to our continued growth in our Heavy Lift division, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing projects team based in Victoria Park, WA. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal part in growing our team to deliver heavy lift services across a wide range of projects.
This is a challenging and dynamic role within a diverse operational environment, where you will need excellent interpersonal skills to be successful. This is a full time, permanent opportunity within a growing team, with many opportunities to further develop yourself.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams (including engineering & support services) to deliver a culture of excellence in HSE, quality, productivity, operational performance and innovation to successfully deliver our projects
  • Manage project commercials, budgets/project metrics, forecasting and change management
  • Foster and build strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team
  • Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention
