Role to be based in Tauranga / Rotorua, Bay of Plenty. We’re looking for a driven, high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow the Adecco presence across the Bay of Plenty. If you’re competitive, relationship-focused, and thrive on momentum and wins, this could be your next big move. Whether you’re already in recruitment or coming from a strong B2B sales background, this role suits someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
