Lead Executive Recruitment, Engage Stakeholders, and Shape Talent  * Temporary full-time contract May to August 26   * Location – Willing to consider candidates across all NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo, and Coffs Harbour  * Salary from $129,464.00 plus superannuation  Are you passionate about workforce mobility, strategic resourcing, and executive recruitment? In this role, you will lead a small, high performing team and provide contemporary, solutions focused advice to a diverse range of DPIRD stakeholders, employees, and candidates.  We are seeking a candidate who excels in partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes, particularly for senior and executive appointments. You will drive end-to-end executive recruitment processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across our resourcing services.  A key component of the role includes preparing high-quality briefing notes and documentation to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.  Key Responsibilities:  * Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring recruitment operations run smoothly and maintain a high-quality service level.  * Act as a subject matter expert, swiftly identifying and providing solutions to complex and sensitive issues.  * Drive system improvements across all business areas.  * Collaborate with senior leadership to develop proactive workforce resourcing approaches aligned with strategic workforce plans.  * Drive end to end executive recruitment processes and build strong stakeholder engagement across various portfolios  * Manage your own portfolio of recruitment processes for senior roles in partnership with executives and senior managers.  Qualifications and Experience:  * Thorough understanding of the NSW Government Sector Employment Act, 2013 (GSE Act) and its practical application.  * Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.  * Proven experience in handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and sensitive environment.  * Ability to deliver results in a process-driven setting, adhering to legislation, policy, and compliance.  * Strong team leadership skills with a track record of effectively mentoring and developing others.  For further information about the role please contact Emma Hancock on 0422 878 156 or Emma.hancock@dpird.nsw.gov.au [Emma.hancock@dpird.nsw.gov.au] or Felicity Gillard on 0410 318 002 or felicity.j.gillard@dpird.nsw.gov.au [felicity.j.gillard@dpird.nsw.gov.au].
