Internal candidates are encouraged to visit our internal careers page for current opportunities.    Key Responsibilities   Carry out planned and breakdown repairs around mine and village infrastructure Use of SAP to create notifications, close out work orders and time confirmations Actively participate in daily, toolbox and safety meetings Comply with company procedures, policies, and lifesaving choices at all times Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to undertaking tasks Report all hazards and incidents within the workplace Coach, mentor and develop apprentices to become high quality tradespeople   Qualifications and Experience   Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualification  Current C Class Drivers Licence Current WA 'A' class electrical workers license Previous electrical experience maintaining non-processing infrastructure in a mining environment Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable Speed Drives Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems  Our Commitment   Fortescue celebrates individual strengths and team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
