Job Title: EOS Cohort Enrollment Lead
Location: Remote (Outside U.S.)
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hours
Compensation: $1,250–$1,750 USD /month base + Subscription bonuses based on monthly revenue growth

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Proven experience with AI tools for content creation and automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Problem ownership mentality: solution-focused, autonomous, and persistent
  • Experience working with founders, coaches, or entrepreneurs
  • Funnel building and landing page creation experience
  • Community building or course/membership platform management
  • Automation and light tech stack implementation skills (Zapier, Kajabi, Circle)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Cohort Enrollment Lead to grow an exclusive membership program. This role combines funnel optimization, community building, and member experience design to create a thriving recurring revenue stream.
You’ll design landing pages, automate member onboarding, and create systems that convert prospects into long-term cohort participants. You’re not just filling seats, you’re building a valuable learning community that delivers measurable business results for members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Funnel Development & Optimization:Build and manage cohort landing pages and sign-up conversion funnels. Develop automated lead capture workflows and email sequences. Create promotional content and marketing materials for cohort recruitment
Member Acquisition & Onboarding:Execute outreach campaigns to prospects and past attendees. Support seamless member onboarding, communication, and payment processing. Manage member enrollment process from lead to active participant
Community Management:Set up and maintain cohort platforms and communication systems. Ensure monthly cohort calendars and reminders are active by 1st of each month. Track member satisfaction and optimize the cohort experience
