The Employment Facilitator will lead CLC’s work to improve employment outcomes arising out of minerals and energy projects in the CLC region. The focus of the role will be to:

• Provide advice to resource companies and other stakeholders about best practice approaches to supporting Aboriginal training and employment outcomes in the region
• Support resource companies and other stakeholders to engage effectively with CLC constituents regarding training and employment opportunities arising from projects
• Develop and implement processes and resources for monitoring Aboriginal training and employment outcomes from projects
• Advocate for best practice approaches to Aboriginal training and employment in mineral and energy sector (in collaboration with CLC Policy team
