Position Overview
We are seeking EPA FIFRA/TSCA Regulatory Affairs Directors with extensive expertise leading regulatory strategies for pesticide and industrial chemical products. This is not a traditional employment role but an opportunity to join our consultant pool. When client projects arise that match your skills, we will reach out directly with opportunities for paid consulting work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior regulatory leader providing strategic direction on FIFRA and TSCA compliance
  • Oversee complex submissions, including new active ingredients, data compensation packages, and PMNs under TSCA
  • Advise executive teams on regulatory pathways, risk management, and EPA expectations
  • Lead interactions and negotiations with EPA OPP and EPA OPPT regulators
  • Mentor consultants and cross-functional teams in regulatory best practices
  • Provide input on sustainability and stewardship initiatives impacting pesticides and industrial chemicals
