Epic Ambulatory Analyst - Bilingual Location: Medellín, Colombia Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare technology team in Medellín, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Epic Ambulatory workflows, collaborating with clinical and operational teams, and driving optimization initiatives within healthcare environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on experience with Epic systems implementation, support, configuration, and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities: Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory applications and workflows Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and improve system functionality Analyze workflow issues and provide effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency Configure, test, and support Epic Ambulatory modules and related integrations Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution activities Support upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing Provide end-user support and assist with issue resolution Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards, policies, and best practices Requirements 3+ years of experience working with Epic Ambulatory Experience supporting healthcare IT systems and clinical workflows Strong understanding of ambulatory operations and healthcare processes Experience with system configuration, testing, and production support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience collaborating with cross-functional healthcare teams Preferred Qualifications Epic Ambulatory Certification preferred Experience with Epic upgrades, implementations, or optimization projects Exposure to EMR/EHR systems and healthcare integrations Knowledge of healthcare operational workflows and clinical documentation Experience in healthcare support environments Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Self-motivated and proactive mindset Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities
