Description:

As an experienced Epic Ambulatory Support Analyst you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Responsibilities:

WORK YOU’LL DO/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Epic support role for Ambulatory, 90% remote roll that will include on-call support on a weekly rotating basis.
  • Complete Epic support for our client to include incident support, optimizations, projects, SU and Upgrades and maintenance work.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
  • Create and maintain regular status reports and provide verbal and written status to project managers and project leadership, as required
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
