PAY RANGE: $65 - $70/HOUR. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, HEALTH INSURANCE (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION), 401(K) PLAN, AND PAID SICK LEAVE (DEPENDING ON WORK LOCATION).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: HIM w/eSignature & has technically smartform experience, EpicCare Inpatient- Clinical Document and/or EpicCare Inpatient- Procedure Orders, Epic Certification in OpTime and Anesthesia, Epic Certification in ASAP .
• Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, KP Onsite): Fully Remote
• Will the worker need to be Remote local to the office or Remote anywhere in the US: Anywhere in US
• Any Travel for this role?: No
• Required Level of Education: B.S or B.A, or equivalent work experience
• Preferred Level of Education: Registered Nurse or clinical experience
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 5+
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: General build: Inpatient ClinDoc build/functionality, Orders, Order sets, Best Practice Alerts (BPAs) and order transmittal, etc.
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Build knowledge in Dorothy and Comfort
• Any Required Certifications?: EpicCare Inpatient- Clinical Document and/or EpicCare Inpatient- Procedure Orders
• Preferred: In addition to the above certification, Dorothy/Home Health and/or Comfort/Hospice.
• Expected Shift: Business hours 8 am- 5pm (PST) .
• Interview Process: Video Conference .
• Top Three things Worker will be doing: Engage Business partners to validate requirements, build in non-production and follow change management processes and implement content in production.
• Top Three Skillsets needed: Excellent time management/self-started, extensive Epic build experience and excellent communication.
• Anything else important we need to know to fill your role?: Build efficiency and accuracy is a MUST.
