REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules, including managing provider templates, visit types, registration workflows, and patient access configurations.
  • 3-5 years experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to implement scalable scheduling and registration solutions, maintain build integrity, and support ongoing system upgrades and optimizations.
  • Hands-on experience with the Epic Real Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
  • Experience working with end-users/customers for Epic application support
  • Epic Certified
  • Strong communication to be able to work with internal teams and third-party vendors

PLUS SKILLS:

  • Additional Epic certifications
  • Experience with Logistics and/or Hyperdrive implementations
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Through acquisitions of new health systems throughout the state, our client has solidified its place as the premier hospital system in Georgia. This growth has brought on the need for hands-on support of the Epic application modules. This Epic Application Coordinator will specialize specifically within Cadence/Prelude and Real Time Eligibility to manage patient stays from pre-admission through discharge and transfer. This a great opportunity to join a team that’s at the core of its daily operations as they expand their footprint across the medical industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide top tier support to a multitude of healthcare end users that are using the Cadence/Prelude and RTE applications
  • Resolving break/fix and optimizations tasks through a ticketing system (Evonte)
  • Support Go-Live events/implementations and day to day customer use of Grand Central platform
  • Implementation of configuration changes to the Epic system
  • Meet with Informatics and other revenue cycle teams to work through change controls and ensure platforms are optimized
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
