Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Clin Doc Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for clinical documentation workflows. Responsibilities: * Support and build Epic Clinical Documentation workflows including nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care. * Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement Epic configuration changes. * Perform testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and end-user support. * Provide training and support during go-live activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless workflow integration. Required Skills: * Epic Clin Doc Certification (Required) * 7+ years of Epic implementation/support experience * Strong knowledge of healthcare clinical documentation workflows * Experience with Epic configuration and workflow analysis Preferred Skills: * Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) Certification * Previous experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst/Builder in a healthcare environment
