JOB SUMMARY

Primary responsibility is to improve the work lives of practicing providers using Epic as they care for our patients. Part of the responsibility is to partner with providers to understand the workflow and its interdependencies. Make corrective adjustments or enhancements as needed. This role is the central point of communication for physician and APP users and coordinates all Epic activities for the Medical Group organization. Assist with testing, recommend best practices, coach providers in efficiency and resolve problems within the software application. Learn latest AI tools and coach providers in using them in Epic. Provide help for normal maintenance of upgrades and system maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor’s or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
Responsibilities
  • Create, modify and track provider efficiency, provide timely feedback and effectively coach in best practice use of Epic.
  • Create and edit checklist of functionality for provider personalization for best practices.
  • Implement system updates and changes, and communicates those changes to provider end users and team members.
  • Provide ongoing application help and end user training for all helped applications.
  • Engage, manage, and communicate to all stakeholders.
  • Solve problems by studying business issues/requirements, studying workflows and synthesizing key messages.
  • Assist in the coordination of training materials and schedules for all provider end users in their respective region.
  • Provide observation, testing and documentation of workflows, data collections, and end-user report details. Address other technical issues with applications, considering both vendor and internal stakeholder needs.
  • Serve as liaison between end users, subject matter experts and vendor implementation team.
