Description

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Epicor Bill of Material –Full Time Permanent – Fowlerville, MI for one of our clients.
Position: Epicor Bill of Material

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management or other related degree fields.
· 5+ years of working with Epicor ERP or multiple ERP systems.
· Experience in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) with a demonstrated ability to create complex 2D and 3D designs.
· Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in design work to ensure precise technical drawings and models.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

· Create Epicor Item Master and Bill of Materials (BOM) records directly from engineering CAD data.
· Prepare information and enter into the ERP system; this includes calculating raw material usages based on various units of measure and creating planning and template items to follow for custom offerings, including audit of work as needed to ensure their accuracy.
· Provide guidance regarding BOMs, purchase orders, invoices, and values in standard formats
· Develops shop routings through analysis of blueprints.
· Prepares critical production documents for job packets.
· Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), design specifications, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
· Work with AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design and manufacturing.
· Conduct design reviews and evaluations to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring the final product meets performance, quality, and safety standards.
· Reviews engineering change requests and updates system configurations as needed
· Liaison between project managers, sales members, and project engineers to design and engineer drawings and plans for custom bullet-resistant barrier systems.
· Generate customer approval prints as required.
· Relay technical communications and feedback from engineers to other functional groups.
· Review standards for consistency and accuracy as needed.
· Support multiple projects and client deadlines, and deliverables.
