JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Epicor ERP Systems Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance our Epicor Kinetic ERP system across our global operations. You’ll work closely with users at all levels, helping optimize processes, develop reporting tools, and integrate ERP with other critical business systems including CRM, BI, and WMS platforms.
This role is based at our Telford head office with hybrid working options and occasional international travel.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Experience of supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP (essential)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or distribution business processes
• Proficient in Epicor tools: BAQ, Dashboards, BPMs, and customisations
• Skilled in SQL query writing and database navigation
• Experience with report creation using SSRS, Power BI, or other BI platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels
• Familiarity with related systems (CRM, WMS, BI tools) a plus

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Epicor Kinetic ERP
• Work on ERP system improvements, enhancements, and upgrades
• Deliver end-user support, training, and detailed process documentation
• Develop reports and dashboards using BAQ, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools
• Collaborate with global teams on new site implementations and integrations
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes and system performance
• Maintain data accuracy and support related IT systems
