Our ERP systems are central to that mission, and we're looking for an Epicor Kinetic Technical Specialist / Developer to help take them to the next level. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and critical to how our business operates day to day-from the shop floor to the front office. What You'll Own Make Kinetic Work Smarter Drive real-world adoption of Epicor best practices-not just theory Identify underused features and turn them into business value Partner with operations, finance, and engineering to remove friction Turn shop-floor and user feedback into practical system improvements Build, Improve, and Deliver Develop and deploy BPMs, Functions, and Application Studio solutions Lead upgrades, enhancements, and system releases without disrupting production Ensure systems talk to each other (ERP, CRM, PLM, etc.) Create clear, usable procedures-not 20-page manuals no one reads Turn Data into Decisions Build BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports that actually get used Deliver insights that help leaders make faster, better decisions Improve visibility across inventory, costing, production, and financials Support the Business (Without the Drama) Be a go-to problem solver for day-to-day ERP challenges Train users in a way that sticks-clear, simple, and practical Identify gaps and proactively fix them before they become issues Drive Continuous Improvement Help evaluate new tools and technologies Support integration and modernization initiatives Play a key role in how we scale and grow our systems What You Bring Experience That Matters 5+ years working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic development Proven ability to improve processes-not just maintain systems Technical Skillset Epicor Kinetic expertise: BAQs, Dashboards, Data Definitions, Report Styles SSRS reporting BPMs, Functions, Application Studio Strong SQL Server and C# skills Experience integrating ERP with other business systems Bonus Points Multi-company or multi-currency ERP experience Experience with Epicor modules (Warehouse, QuickShip, DocStar, Financials) Understanding of manufacturing processes: Inventory, costing, purchasing, production, and shipping How You Work Practical problem solver-you fix what matters Strong communicator who can work with both IT and the shop floor Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities Focused on results, not just activity Why Join Harvey Vogel?
