JOB REQUIREMENTS

• An HBO/WO education focused on personnel management or another relevant education;
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position;
• Problem solving ability
• Accurate;
• Enterprising;
• Independent;
• Flexible;
• Stress resistant;
• Available for 32 hours to 40 per week;
• English C1 is required and French in word and writing is a plus;
• You live near Hem, North Holland.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant. Within this position you will be responsible for carrying out daily HR work and related issues. You are responsible for carrying out accurate personnel administration, recruitment & selection, salaries and strategic personnel planning. Within this position you show entrepreneurship and work independently. We are active in different countries Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark and Norway, you must therefore enjoy learning a lot about performing human resources within these different countries.
