Job Description The EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst will be part of the Group Performance Measurement, Budgeting & Reporting Team in Lugano and will contribute to develop and run an integrated planning, reporting and performance review process to facilitate value-driven business decision-making. In his role as EPM OneStream Developer, the resource will oversee running, maintenance and development of our existing OneStream planning platform. In his role as EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst, the resource will support the performance measurement activities by running granular analysis of financial performance root causes and by providing insights on value creation levers. The resource will play an active role supporting business development and providing value-added decision support using data modelling and forecasting intelligence. Main Responsibilities * EPM OneStream Developer * Business analyst and power user of MI data * Design and maintain data models for analysis and forecasting * Establish and compile dashboards and presentations to senior management * Take active role in the business performance dialogues * Active collaboration with Strategy & Corporate Development unit during budgeting and forecasting process * Design and develop MI reports and simulations with data from the various MIS systems of the bank to provide insight on value creation levers to the business * Develop strong relationship with business management and business controllers to support the Planning & Controlling business partnership Skills and experience * Professional experience in EPM Business Intelligence in Financial Industry * OneStream software: EPM applications maintenance and developments expert * Ability to understand large datasets and experience of data modelling, providing accurate data analysis * Power user of OneStream, MS-PowerBI, MS-Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Excel Macros, VBA, Python, SAS Enterprise Guide to automate data extraction and reporting * Quick learner, accurate and efficient * Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new knowledge and skills * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen work demands * Good communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Fluent in Italian and English Our Values Accountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement Hands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results Passionate: Being committed and striving for excellence Solution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset Partnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
