Role Highlights As EPMO Portfolio Coordinator, you will support the strategic planning and delivery of several high impact project and program portfolio’s, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with Fremantle Port’s Project Management Framework.  In this diverse, hands-on role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Support project managers in the development of scope, goals and deliverables for projects including timelines, tasks, resources and risk management. * Provide stewardship for the Portfolio Review Groups (PCG) by developing portfolio forecasts, and planning and preparing monthly reviews to track performance. * Performing project assurance and phase gate reviews. * Monitoring and reporting on financial performance of the portfolio * Prepare and facilitate monthly Portfolio Control Group meetings, including, portfolio risk view, identifying emerging themes, upcoming gateway transitions and Portfolio financials.  * Identify and manage program and projects interdependencies. * Develop and implement processes and systems to continuously improve the development of projects.   What Makes You a Great Fit Your ability to effectively support project sponsors, managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are planned, scoped, resourced, supported and assured demonstrates your success and impact on organisational objectives. Your well-developed communication skills enable you to influence and negotiate critical outcomes for Fremantle Ports.   You’ll also bring: * Relevant qualification and/or experience in portfolio / program / project management * Experience supporting program and/or project managers with project governance and coordination activities. * Good understanding of project and program management principles and ability to apply those in a variety of projects. * Experience with Portfolio Management Systems. * Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including the ability to develop team skills and rapport with internal and external stakeholders. * A mindset of continuous improvement, consistently seeking ways to enhance systems, processes, and outcomes while embodying our core values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE).
