MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

The eProcurement Specialist will be responsible for growing and maintaining Radwell eProcurement business across all platforms in the U.S. and internationally.
We are looking for a highly motivated change agent who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and maintain customer relationships, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver that will turn any challenge into an opportunity and is comfortable working with several moving pieces at once. This individual should also be adaptable to new technology in eProcurement domain and can think holistically to update our business workflows for our internal teams. This role reports directly to the Director of eCommerce.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 2-3 years experience in B2B eCommerce
  • 2-3 years experience in eProcurement platforms Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle
  • 2-3 years experience in PunchOut cXML, OCI, and EDI
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • SQL Server query experience is preferred
  • Adobe Commerce experience is preferred
  • Chrome Developer Tools

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

AS, AAS, BS or equivalent degree in a technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Management of Information Systems

Responsibilities
  • Grow Radwell eProcurement business
  • Work closely with key account sales team for customer prospecting
  • Manage customer onboarding projects to completion
  • Resolve all customer eProcurement integration issues
  • Collaborate with IT development team to develop and deliver custom requirements from customers
  • Develop roadmap to customer integrations, e.g. platforms, protocols, document types, invoicing
  • Generate insightful management reports based upon transaction, sales, trends, and other metrics
  • Partner with sales team to drive more business out of onboarded customers
