ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about horses and looking to work in a world-class equestrian setting? Join our dedicated team at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, where luxury hospitality meets country living. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Equestrian Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our on-site equestrian centre.
As an Equestrian Assistant, you will be part of a small, close-knit team responsible for the care and well being of our horses, while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. You will assist with stable duties, horse care, and support riding lessons and hacks for riders of all ages and abilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Daily care of horses including mucking out, feeding, grooming, and exercising
  • Preparing horses for lessons, hacks, and guest experiences
  • Supporting instructors during riding sessions and pony rides
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the stables and equipment
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a five-star equestrian experience
  • Assisting with special events and children’s activities where required
