Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Maintain and update horse care files, including health records.
  • Oversee daily health and safety documentation, including fire register sign-offs and incident logs.
  • Ensure tack sign-off sheets are completed and filed appropriately.
  • Support compliance with all safety regulations and internal protocols.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of supplies.
  • Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a key admin role at our busy equestrian centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and riders, while also managing essential daily tasks like health and safety sign-offs, horse care records, tack checklists, and general admin. It’s a fast-paced position that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional approach.
