We have an exciting opportunity for an Equine Coordinator to join our busy admin team at Wendover Park Equine.
This is an office-based admin position, and you will be the first point of contact for our clients. No day is ever the same, and you will play a very active role with client care, managing bookings and the daily diary.

Daily tasks:

  • Making bookings.
  • Overlooking the diary.
  • Contacting clients.
  • Completing insurance forms and dealing with insurance queries.
  • Accounts - running and sending out daily invoices and reminders.

Our fantastic team comprises 6 veterinarians, 3 nurses, 1 veterinary technician, 2 equine coordinators, and 1 accounts administrator. We are looking for someone keen to work in a busy first-opinion practice, helping to make the day run smoothly across all our departments.
Our team are based both out on the road, travelling to various locations and within our on-site clinic facility, which consists of 5 stables, a treatment room, theatre, lunge pen, trot up area and paddocks.

MORE ABOUT YOU

The job is very varied and can be busy at times, so we are looking for someone who is organised, happy to work amongst a team but also capable of working alone, who works to a high standard with good communication skills.
Having equine experience helps; however, in-house training will be provided.
