This role is ideal for someone who takes real pride in their work, understands the value of a well-oiled machine, and is ready to speak up and pitch in to help the crew improve each shift. You’ll report to a Crew Leader and take on work that matters, including:

• Performing maintenance tasks and, Identifying defects
• Providing feedback on asset performance through our asset management system
• Supporting defect elimination processes.
• Contribute to work management analysis and asset tactics reviews to enhance overall asset performance.
• Ensuring adherence to work order/job instructions and conducting post-maintenance equipment commissioning and clean-up activities.
