JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and project management skills, with a background in an industrial maintenance including hoisting and tensioning. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, overseeing projects, and ensuring efficient operations within the facility. The Planner will work closely with various teams to optimize workflow and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within an industrial setting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Mechanical knowledge is essential; electrical experience, hoisting and tensioning understanding, and industrial maintenance background are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication across teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to mechanical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks based on operational needs and resource availability.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of scheduled tasks.
  • Analyze schematics and technical documentation to assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Coordinate with customers equipment maintenance and hoisting services as required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work orders and inventory usage.
