You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Oversee operation, maintenance and organization of machinery and storage facilities Track and schedule equipment maintenance Manage inventory of tools, supplies and spare parts Budget for maintenance expenses, track metrics like downtime and repair costs Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades based on data-driven insights We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Monthly equipment maintenance tracker Semi-annual upgrade recommendations Dec 1 – July 1 Quarterly budget review for equipment maintenance Our company runs purely on EOS. Responsibilities
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and organization of machinery and storage facilities while tracking and scheduling equipment maintenance. Manage inventory and budget for maintenance expenses, providing data-driven recommendations for equipment upgrades.
