With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Machine Technician. The role is for multiple shifts throughout the day and evening. The Joby Aviation team is looking to add to our already dynamic team with good people with great skills. Responsibilities Ensure equipment is running without errors Notify team members in the event of equipment error Unload parts from equipment, load new part batches, and initiate a new cycle Other duties as assigned Required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Positive attitude Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills Must have your own transportation Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings Desired . The target hourly rate for this position is $18- $20/hr. Compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
