Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The focus of the Equipment Control Room Specialist is on optimizing technical productivity and ensuring delivery reliability. In this key role within the logistics operation, you are part of the Control Room – the beating heart of our logistics process, where central coordination takes place.
The main objective of the department is to maximize efficiency and maintain a high level of delivery performance. Your stakeholders include colleagues in both the Control Room and Logistics Operations.
You will work in two shifts: a morning shift and an evening shift. You report directly to the Control Room Team Lead.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You drive technical operational processes based on accurate data;
You are responsible for incident management and handling machine failures;
You monitor performance across various KPI’s and make adjustments where needed;
You oversee building-related management systems;
You provide first-line support to both the operations team and the technical team in the warehouse;
You advise operations on optimizing warehouse process flows;
You act as the link between operations and machinery maintenance;
You maintain an overview of system flows and respond appropriately when adjustments are needed to flows, parameters, or stations;
