YOUR ROLE

The focus of the Equipment Controller is on optimizing technical productivity and ensuring delivery reliability. In this key role within the logistics operation, you will be part of the Control Room, the beating heart of our logistics process, where central coordination takes place.
The main objective of the department is to maximize efficiency and maintain a high level of delivery performance. Your stakeholders will include colleagues from both the Control Room and Logistics Operations.
You will work in two shifts: morning and evening. You will report directly to the Control Room Team Lead.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Drive technical operational processes based on accurate data;
Take responsibility for incident management and resolving machine failures;
Monitor performance across various KPI’s and make adjustments where needed;
Oversee building-related management systems;
Provide first-line support to both the operations and technical teams in the warehouse;
Advise operations on optimizing warehouse process flows;
Act as the link between operations and machinery maintenance;
Maintain oversight of system flows and respond appropriately when adjustments are needed to flows, parameters, or stations;
Provide hourly updates to operations and other stakeholders.
