Job Purpose
The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for all TechnipFMC & Customer owned Inventory and Asset’s.
Focusing on total readiness, the Equipment Coordinator manages equipment movements within service execution, customer MMR activities, and in-house inventory management. This role focuses on delivery within budget aligning with expectations and adhering to TechnipFMC procedures.

Job Description

  • Manage the availability and readiness of assets and inventory in response to demands and requests.
  • Work closely with LoF Engineering and/or Project team in the creation of mobilisation / demobilisation / Maintenance, Modification and Repair (MMR) work instructions (Service Orders) through ERP system.
  • Facilitate and expedite work instructions through the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure all work instructions (Service Order) are closed out in ERP system in timely manner ensuring all costs are captured and booked for the activities relating to work instructions.
  • Monitor and maintain stock (min/max) for tooling maintenance repairs
  • Create purchase requisitions for vendors to carry out maintenance repairs if required on inventory / assets or customer equipment
  • Arrange for recertification and calibration of inventory in line with Project demands
  • Arrange for recertification and calibration of workshop inventory as and when required
  • Utilise company ERP systems to generate monthly inventory management reports for fixed asset additions and/or disposals (rental assets, test equipment etc)
  • Manage new Inventory or Asset manufacturing, to ensure manufactured to budget and delivery schedule is met.
  • Reporting of surplus, obsolete or damaged TechnipFMC Inventory and Assets.
  • Continually review and analyse inventory management system.
  • Investigate and resolve any ERP System discrepancies.
  • Participate in inventory/asset cycle counts as per company policy and main point of contact for Customer owned equipment inventory audits.
  • Actively participate in all project meetings and department meetings as required
  • Pro-actively support Warehouse and planning department goals including financial goals and budgets
  • Coordinate all Customer Equipment Maintenance, Modification and Repair (MMR) activities
  • Ensure all Customer Equipment MMR scopes are executed on time and within budget.
  • Create, request for quotes on Customer Equipment that requires sub-contract work.
  • Detail and document customer repair workscopes with costings and liasie with SPM for review/approval prior to Customer submission.
  • Work closely with Quality and Life of Field Engineer to ensure Quality Inspections and Engineering dispositions are completed on time.
  • Create demand through Service Order for spares if required.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to drive procurement and follow up on deliveries.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Proven experience in a Service environment executing planning operations, preferable within oil related industry.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, etc).
  • Preferable knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment, tooling and accessories within Service Execution.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills within a diverse cultural environment.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment that can be influenced from varying factors.
  • Be able to work in a team-oriented environment is critical.
