Description

Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging. Build the tech that powers dreams: one atom, one machine, one masterpiece at a time. Develop, design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities. Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines. Evaluate workforce productivity and recommend improvements to increase operational performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control/reductions Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks Establish accident prevention measures, and plans and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation Ensure year-to-year productivity gains: Identify, foster, and oversee the implementation of productivity projects at manufacturing sites.
