You will be responsible for the full cycle of manufacturing equipment management at a mass-production facility for analog semiconductor devices — from equipment introduction and maintenance to technical development aimed at improving productivity. Job description: * Equipment Introduction & Maintenance: Oversee specification selection, installation planning, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment, including lithography, etching, deposition, ion implantation, epitaxial, thermal diffusion, cleaning, test probe, metrology tools, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), and collaborative robots (Cobot). * Maximizing Uptime & Preventive Maintenance: Develop preventive maintenance plans; investigate root causes of unexpected failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (including change proposals and execution). * Productivity & Yield Improvement: Drive hardware and software modifications in collaboration with equipment manufacturers; develop enabling technologies to improve throughput and reduce defect rates. Provide feedback to process and quality assurance teams. Contribute to cost reduction initiatives. * DX & Automation Promotion: Build monitoring and analysis frameworks leveraging AI and data analytics for in-equipment data and external sensors; drive smart factory transformation. 職務内容 アナログ半導体デバイスの量産工場にて、製造装置の導入から維持管理、生産性向上のための技術開発まで一貫して担当します。 * 装置の導入・保全: 新規製造装置(露光、エッチング、成膜、イオン注入、エピタキシャル、熱拡散、洗浄、TEST PROBE、各種計測機、自律走行搬送ロボット(AMR)、協働ロボット(Cobot))の仕様選定、搬入計画、立ち上げの統括。 * 稼働率の最大化・メンテナンス: 装置の予防保全計画の策定、突発トラブルに対する原因究明および再発防止策(変更企画の立案、実行)の実施。 * 生産性・歩留まりの改善: 装置メーカーと連携したハードウェア・ソフトウェアの改造、処理能力(スループット)向上、不良率低減に向けた要素技術開発。プロセスや品質保証へのフィードバック。コスト削減。 * DX・自動化の推進: AIやデータアナリティクスを活用した、装置内部データや外付けセンサのモニタリング、解析体制の構築およびスマートファクトリー化の推進。 Why TI? * Engineer your future.
