QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
  • Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
  • Possess good communication skills and time management skills
  • Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
  • Must be willing to commit shift work
  • At least 2 years with relevant working experience in semiconductor industry foundry

Responsibilities
  • Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
  • Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
  • Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
  • Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
  • Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality
  • On-call support if emergency situation
  • Schedule shift on-duty
