  • 4+ years of Distribution Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors in underwriting, approval, documentation of credit requests, credit line renewals for existing customers, and on-going monitoring of the current portfolio
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the Distribution Finance Underwriting functional area
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Conduct financial and credit research as well as prepare risk assessments for presentation to more experienced management
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Distribution Finance Underwriting functional area and team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate and consult with Distribution Finance Underwriting peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customers
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
