Description

Overview Poly Trucking is currently hiring Equipment Inspectors. The position is scheduled for overnights (6pm to 6am) with a rotating 4 days on 4 days off schedule. Responsibilities Inspect incoming trucks and trailers for damages, leaks, wear, etc. Generate work orders for repairs required on equipment Coordinating with company mechanics and drivers regarding repairs The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management. Qualifications Work a yearly set schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off with 12 hour shifts. The days of the week worked will rotate from week to week. Valid Drivers' License with a good driving record. Climbing into, out of, and under 18 wheel trucks and trailers to conduct inspections Communicating effectively with company drivers, mechanics and supervisors Successfully passing a drug screen is required for this position.
