As an Equipment Installation Project Manager, you’ll lead complex installation and commissioning projects from concept to completion—making a visible difference for customers in cutting-edge facilities around the world. What You’ll Do You’ll be the driving force behind successful project execution—ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction every step of the way. Shape the Work: Participate in proposal reviews to define project scope, risks, and strategy. Plan for Success: Develop cost estimates, schedules, and execution plans for installation and reassembly. Make It Happen: Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials from our facility to customer sites. Lead Safely: Champion safety-first practices and ensure compliance across all activities. Be the Expert: Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams. Lead the Team: Manage on-site project teams and oversee day-to-day execution. Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for customers—building trust and delivering results. Collaborate On-Site: Partner closely with site Construction Management team and manage relationships and coordination with onsite contractor teams. Drive Transparency: Keep stakeholders informed with clear progress updates and reporting. Manage Change: Own change control processes and keep projects on track. Deliver Excellence: Lead customer acceptance testing and ensure successful project closeout. Improve Continuously: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management 7–10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD P&ID drawings Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading discussions with diverse teams and customers A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Bonus Points: Strong scheduling expertise using Microsoft Project Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) Lean / Six Sigma knowledge Location & Travel Travel: Take on a dynamic, travel-intensive role (75%+ domestic and international), including extended on-site assignments that put you at the center of the work and accelerate your experience and exposure.
