Equipment/Inventory Manager - Kwajalein, Marshall Island

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and equipment availability.
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Forecast demand and restock inventory to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Schedule routine inspections and track maintenance schedules.
• Implement asset tagging and tracking systems.
• Manage the purchasing of equipment, tools, and supplies based on operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor and manage the equipment and inventory budget.
• Supervise and train staff involved in inventory and equipment handling.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols for the storage and handling of equipment.
• Analyze inventory trends and prepare reports for management.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
