EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MECHANIC Advantech Industries, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturing company based in Rochester, New York, specializing in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly services. The company, founded in 2002, serves multiple industries, including defense, medical, and aerospace, and operates out of a 250,000-square-foot facility. We are currently seeking an individual to collaborate with us as an Equipment Maintenance Mechanic. The Equipment Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, along with the general and preventative maintenance required for our machinery. Successful candidates will possess: * A HS Diploma or GED; * 5 years of previous machine maintenance; * Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical machinery repair; * Alignment with the requirements and principles of the Advantech Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015; * Skills to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently; * Capacity to handle changes in business operations and adjust to new situations; * Preparedness to stoop, lean, reach into machinery, lift heavy items, and repair machinery/equipment; * Ability to work with limited supervision.
