THE ROLE

Are you a skilled industrial electrician or maintenance technician ready for a new challenge? NapaSan is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Specialist I/II with strong electrical and instrumentation (E&I) expertise and solid mechanical skills to fill a retirement vacancy. This journey-level role keeps our wastewater treatment and pumping facilities running safely and reliably.
If you’re currently working in manufacturing, refineries, food or beverage processing, pharmaceutical production, chemical plants, or water/wastewater utilities, your experience with PLCs, VFDs, pumps, motors, and process instrumentation is exactly what we need!
