IT Field Technician – Brisbane Based Iron Mountain is a premier ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and major commercial clients across Australia. We are seeking experienced IT Field Technicians for ongoing casual contracts in Brisbane. You will be the face of our service delivery, performing essential hardware refreshes and technical support. What You’ll Do In this role you will: Execute end-to-end PC rollouts and hardware installations. Perform SOE Imaging, data migrations, and profile transfers. Install and configure computer equipment and peripherals. Conduct fault diagnosis and provide high-quality post-installation support. Manage task and documentation via ServiceNow. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365. Experience: Proven track record in large-scale deployments or desktop support. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface professionally with government stakeholders. Attributes: High attention to detail, reliability, and a well present professional appearance. Tool: Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools is highly regarded.
