Job Overview: The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role supports production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance levels.   Duties & Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues and perform timely repairs. * Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production support requests. * Inspect equipment for proper functioning and safety compliance. * Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and downtime in maintenance management systems. * Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, modifications, and process improvements. * Calibrate and align machinery as required. * Follow all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. * Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives. * Oder duties as assigned.   Qualifications & Skills: * 2 year technical degree or High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience maintaining electrical and mechanical systems; in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. * Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.   Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift. * Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. * Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, or dusty manufacturing environments. * Able and willing to work overtime   Supervisory Responsibilities: * None
