SUMMARY

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment, contributing directly to our operational success and commitment to quality.

Experience:

• Industrial maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
• Surface Mining, Construction or Farming: 1 year (preferred)
• Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (preferred)
• Welding : 1 year (preferred

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment used in aggregate production (conveyors, screen plants, crushers etc)
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in equipment inspections and audits as required
• Support other departments as needed to achieve project goals.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction equipment maintenance+
• Welding Experience
• Heavy Equipment operational experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
