Description GBR Corporation is currently seeking candidates with a Class A CDL to join our team as an Equipment Manager. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of our fleet and transportation operations. This is an active, hands-on position — not a desk job — where your skills and leadership will directly impact jobsite success. Operate company vehicles to deliver materials and equipment to construction sites. Load and unload trucks and semi-trailers (forklift operation may be required). Conduct vehicle inspections, enforce preventative maintenance, and ensure DOT compliance. Coordinate major repairs with vendors and maintain accurate maintenance records. Manage shop inventory and ensure equipment readiness. Support CDL drivers and promote safe driving practices. Schedule and coordinate equipment and material deliveries with jobsite foremen. Pick up materials from vendors and transport construction waste as needed. Perform basic repairs on company trucks, trailers, and construction equipment (preferred).
