Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in accordance with lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
• Conduct assessments as per the established Assessment Plan.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and conducive learning environment for trainees.
• Maintain accurate and complete assessment documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to students.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Certifications:

• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA or ACLP)
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Level B Certification

Completed these:

• WSQ Operate Forklift Course/ MOM FDTC
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the logistics,manufacturing,construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency in conducting basic teaching in English

• Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
