JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator and Labourer’s to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience operating various types of heavy machinery to expose buried facilities, and will be able to perform and complete manual labour tasks quickly and efficiently as directed.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a construction environment is essential.
• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery of various makes and models.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various types of heavy equipment operations is a plus.
• Ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods of time.
• Must be reliable and have own transportation.

  Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and mini’s.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects on time and within specifications.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery on site.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites as needed.
• Hand expose lines, put up fencing to close off open excavations, pack materials, use of hand tools and power tools as required, etc.
