As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a critical role in site preparation and earthmoving for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. This includes operating:

• Excavators
• Dozers
• Rock Trucks
• Skid Steers

You’ll be responsible for:
✔ Safely loading, grading, trenching, and backfilling using various attachments
✔ Conducting daily pre-op inspections and basic preventative maintenance
✔ Logging equipment use and issues in field logbooks
✔ Maintaining clean, greased, fueled machines throughout shifts
✔ Identifying site hazards (overhead lines, personnel, terrain, etc.)
✔ Communicating clearly with your crew using radios and hand signals
✔ Supporting site safety and general cleanup as needed
