JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. We have openings for 2 trackhoe operators and one dozer operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to assist in construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient and safe operations on-site.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Familiarity with grader operation, loader operation, commercial driving, and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all operations.

• Operate heavy equipment such as graders, loaders, bulldozers, and trackhoes.
• Perform tasks including digging, building, and bulldozing as required by project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
